Gold Coast end - Australia

Here we go...

Our last days on the Gold Coast and almost time to leave Burleigh Heads,Kirra and Coolangatta behind as we shoot up North in the direction of Townsville and Cairns.

We really enjoyed the easy going beach life style of the Gold Coast , beautifull beaches, long summer days and the occasional tropical downpour. We have made friends and met loads of great people on our trip so far but after almost 3 months here it has started to feel a little like home. We will miss the people and life style here a lot, fortunately we are off to discover loads of new and exiting places.

We are back with our little van for new adventures!

Gold Coast 2 - Australia

Hi Everybody,
sorry for the post delay!

So what'sup.....


- Sophie got finally a job! she is working with Digby at Meesh's restaurant: she is in the kitchen , she help for the prep and clean the dishes.But this week she will be working for breakfast, she will be the Chef assistant!

-Gold Coast is quite busy now with surf pro competition and the festival the Bleach and now Quicksilver and Roxy pro!

- Veronica: Esteban's friend is here with us now in the flat she is here for couples of weeks. She is from Argentina but lives in Malaga, Spain since 10 years. She doesn't speak english so we practice our spanish!

Sophie and her became really good friend!

-With Esteban and Veronica we went to Currunbin Valley who is a rainning forest! we had an amazing time, and just couple of minutes from the beach we are in a completly different atmosphere, it was like being in the Amazone.

Also we just heard than Cecile: Sophie's cousine is coming to Australia for 6 months. She will be in Cairns and North Brisbane so we will see her for sure!
It will be nice after 6 month travelling to see again someone familliar!

We also went to the conert Black Lips: really cool!!!!
